Please remove jewelry and get rid of makeup, lotions, and serums before red light therapy so the light can penetrate better. I will provide hydration to your beautiful skin after your session.

Your session will consist of:

15 min on the vibration plate to increase blood flow prior to Red Light Therapy

15-20 min under Red Light Therapy

You'll receive a hydration rubdown to ensure body is hydrated!
