Collection: Booking Policy
After your appointment is booked you are only able to reschedule once.
Same day cancellation/ NO SHOWS you lose one session from your package.
Two or more rescheduling you lose one session from your package.
Please be advised you are allowed one reschedule to refrain from losing a session from your package, please reschedule within 24-48 hours in advance not the same day.
Late beyond 15 mins MUST be rescheduled. Reason being your session will overlap into the next clients session.
No kids or extra people unless they are being serviced
Please do not book ANY sessions without having consultation

Payments are non-refundable & purchased sessions cannot be transferred to another package deal nor another individual.
